How Handwriting Expert Helps In Judiciary ?

The admissibility of evidence by a handwriting expert starts with Federal Rules of Evidence, Rule 702. It states that if an expert witness is proved to have advanced expertise, adequate facts / data, and valid principles/methods, they will testify. There is Daubert v.
